SISTEM INFORMASI PENGELOLAAN DATA AIR IRIGASI SEBAGAI PENDUKUNG PERTANIAN DI KECAMATAN CLURING

The coordination and exploitation office of irrigation water in Cluring is the Banyuwangi District
government office that handles the operation and maintenance of the Cluring irrigation channel.
The operational area of irrigation reaches 5,945 ha, which is divided into 6 areas: Cluring,
Benculuk, Sraten, Kradenan, Plampangrejo and Tambakrejo. Data management in this office still
uses conventional means with manual recording and processing using spread sheets. Such a way is
less able to present data that is accurate, informative, and guaranteed data security. This study
developed a web-based irrigation information system that can facilitate data management and
delivery of irrigation data information. The input of the system is obtained from the field officer's
record which includes the channel discharge, the area of land, and the realization of the plant. The
system processes input data to obtain average discharge information, relative secondary plants
area, relative secondary plants factor, efficiency and water supply per channel. With irrigation
information system, Cluring irrigation data can be evaluated easily, because this information
system is dynamic and irrigation data information is shown by graph.
