Abstract

One of the farms Sumbermulyo hamlet is tomato, When the harvest arrives the price of tomatoes is
very cheap. This situation makes Mrs.Dania moved to do a series of trials to make the business of
tomato dates. With persistence that's just a successful trial of tomato dates, in POSDAYA with the
existence of this tomato dates can increase income / Welfare of mothers / family in Sumbermulyo
hamlet. In the process of making it really still conventional all done manually starting from the
longest process done during the last process of drying with direct sunlight until it takes 4 days. With
the theme that currently being processed production can not be done continuously. To overcome the
problems faced by POSDAYA Manalagi VI and VII Sumbermulyo hamlets in the production of tomato
dates, in this Community Service in accordance with the agreement with POSDAYA Manalagi VI
and VII then by this can produce tomato dates continuously aimlessly. With the weather The success
rate of this Community Service program with the realization of 1 tool of drying of tomato dates for
each POSDAYA that is Manalagi VI and VII, can produce continuously and production capacity of
tomato tomato 25 kg / day for each tool.
