Since Bali was opened as a world tourism destination that is very popular, Bali has transformed into a world tourism area that is very interesting visited by foreign tourists and foreign tourists. In Bali tourism is like a generator driving the economic development of Balinese people. His contribution in encouraging the economic development of Balinese society is undeniable. However, it is undeniable that tourism in Bali has created a paradoxical atmosphere. On the one hand tourism with all its dynamics has increased prosperity for the people of Bali, but on the other hand the emergence of tourism has shown the destruction of culture and behavior and identity of human Bali that can not be avoided. This paradox is exacerbated by the presence of regimes that govern both from the center and in the regions. The occurrence of a large-scale bomb explosion that occurred on October 12, 2002 and October 1, 2005 had raised fears of a "steady Bali" practice. Concern over the revival of identity politics will obviously threaten the pattern of a balance of relations between adat and religion. The emergence of a "Balinese Bali" political identity can potentially threaten the diversity of identities (religion, ethnicity, culture). This concern is quite reasonable because this practice had previously developed in Balinese society. Luckily among Balinese people, the elite / strata layer does not question the violence. Balinese people can refrain from acts of 'revenge' or violence, but instead take a spiritual approach symbolically containing messages of peace, unity and tolerance that penetrate the boundaries of race, state, ethnicity, religion and have gained empathy and the sympathy of local, national and world community.
