PERANCANGAN APLIKASI “VILLAGE ENTREPRENEURSHIP” UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGELOLAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUM DES)

Currently, Poverty reduction programs in Indonesia are being intensified, especially in
rural areas. One of the Reducing Program is by establishing a Village Owned Enterprises
(BUM Des), the program is designed to increase the participation of villagers who are
expected to improve their standard of living and prosperity. For the government, BUM Des
can channel working capital that can be used to increase the potential of the village and
reduce the problem of increasing urbanization and productive people who are not at home
in the village due to lack of employment. To maximize the BUM Des program, this program
requires a third party role which is usually called profit or non profit investor in increasing
capital and increasing economic rotation in the village. The design of village
entrepreneurship application is expected to bridge between government programs is a
Village Owned Enterprises (BUM Des) with private parties that will capitalize on groups in
every productive village, which can be used as a tool to find out where the capital will be
provided and bridge the needs of investors who sometimes do not have time or business
ideas but have capital. On the other hand, villagers who have the time and potential but
still have limited capital for development. This system will assist in alleviating the problems
of poverty in the village and establishing a sustainable business system that ultimately
helps to establish a government program to strengthen and stabilize the village economy.
