Abstract

Learning materials related to computer networks in SMK students have a variety
of discussion of various components, such as Server, Router, Switch, Hub, and
many others. Supporting media about computer network learning materials is
relatively still lacking. Therefore, in this research try to build a computer-based
learning android computer network application that was created with the aim to
assist in understanding the performance of computer network in a simple.
Learning is supported by structured discussion so that it can be understood and
accompanied by several exercises that allow to help understanding the computer
network. For testing on this application is done on students SMK Rajasa,
Surabaya with Random Sampling method and testing using Likert scale. From
the test results show the results of positive satisfaction, in terms of use and
features needed to support learning activities.
