FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MENENTUKAN YIELD TO MATURITY OBLIGASI KORPORASI

Abstract

This study examines the factors that determine the value of yield to maturity of corporate bonds listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2017. In this research, the factors determining the yield to maturity value are the interest rate of Bank Indonesia, the inflation rate, the maturity date, and the bond rating. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis, Bank Indonesia interest rate, maturity, and bond rating have an effect on yield to maturity, but inflation rate is not. This will create potential investors in making investment decisions, as well as for companies that issue bonds as well as for governments to take policy on the prevailing interest rates
