Abstract

Both groups of mothers in RW. 03 and RW.07, Bunulrejo Urban Village, Blimbing, Malang, mostly become housewives who have not earned. Through the activities of fostering entrepreneurship skills of dried snacks carried out in the framework of Community Partnership Program with Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University shows satisfactory results. Entrepreneurship activities as an effort to improve entrepreneurship skills include training activities to make dried snacks such as sale molen of bananas, cheese sticks, and peanuts. Skill training activities are also followed by product quality assurance activities from raw materials selection stage, production process support , packaging and marketing. As well as improving knowledge in financial management, division of labor in business groups, documents Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of production process, hygiene, as well as accompanying business licensing home industry.
